Over the years, He has developed & managed various projects. He has successfully executed various construction projects and managed all the phases of Project Life Cycle from sourcing, planning to implementation till its delivery. Also, Mr. Vipul have a thorough understanding of Real Estate and FSI Business.
Over the years he has successfully executed the high-rise residential apartments,building construction and rehabilitation, road projects, area grading and land development projects.

The notable projects handled by Vipul are :

• Construction of High Rise Residential Towers at Indore for Dainik Bhaskar Group (Basement + Stilt + 14 Storied, 6 Towers).

• Mining Work at Rajasthan for L&T (6 Laning of NH-2, Delhi – Agra Section).

• Dam Excavation Work Hydro Projects at Vishnugad – Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project, Uttarakhand for Hindustan Construction Company (HCC).

• Construction of Dam at Phata – Byung Hydro Electric Project, Uttarakhand for Lanco Group.
